Mana, to me, is something you don’t just have—
it’s something you stay connected to and cultivate.
For me, that connection lives in the ocean.
There’s something about stepping into the water—
feeling the temperature shift, the pull of the tide, the rhythm of the waves—
that brings me back to myself.
The ocean quiets the noise.
It clears what isn’t mine to carry.
It reminds me to breathe, to trust, to be present.
This is where I cultivate my mana.
Not by force… but by returning.
Returning to Earth’s movement.
Returning to nature.
Returning to alignment.
Because when I care for myself in this way,
I show up differently—for my patients, my family, and my life.
Find what brings you back to you.
That’s where your mana grows.
You bring it. I support it.
