More games ≠ more development.

If your child keeps repeating the same mistakes in games, playing more games just makes those habits permanent. Games expose what’s there — training is what actually builds strength, speed, mechanics, and confidence.

Games are the test.
Training is the study time.
Skip the study, fail the test.

Train with intention. Develop the athlete.

Everyone likes to talk about training hard, but very few talk about recovery.

Training is the stress.
Recovery is where the adaptation happens.

If you’re always sore, always tired, and always pushing, that’s not toughness it’s poor recovery.
The goal isn’t to do more work. It’s to show up healthy, consistent, and ready to perform.

Train hard. Recover with intent.

Day 6 of posting everyday in 2026. This is way harder than the job itself.

Behind the scenes of what we’re building.

No trends. No gimmicks. No influencer BS.
Just real science, real coaching, real-world application.

Training, rehab, and performance — done right.
Follow along and turn on notifications.

2025, I’m grateful.

Grateful for Hawaiʻi.
For the people.
For the work.
For all the challenges that come with starting a business.
(Especially accepting insurance)

Another year of building, learning, adjusting, failing, and still believing.
Nothing flashy. Just real progress.

Mahalo for being part of the journey 🤍

Running, jumping, and cutting expose kids to higher ground-reaction forces than properly coached strength training ever will.

Weightlifting doesn’t stunt a child’s growth it builds coordination, bone density, confidence, and resilience when programmed appropriately. This isn’t new science, but it’s still a conversation every new year.

Teach movement first.
Load progressively.
Coach it well.

Strong kids become durable more skilled athletes.

Supplements aren’t magic, they’re support.
They don’t replace training, sleep, or nutrition, but they can help fill the gaps when those pieces are already in place.

If your foundation is solid, supplements can support recovery, performance, and consistency.
If it’s not, no powder or pill is going to save you.

Use them with intention, not as a shortcut.

HAPPY NEW YEAR.

A new year doesn’t mean new gimmicks.
It means better standards.

In 2026, we’re still building durable athletes, not chasing trends.
Still lifting in-season.
Still squatting deep.
Still loading kids safely.
Still training capacity instead of avoiding stress.

No shortcuts.
No outdated myths.

Just smart loading, long term development,
and athletes built to last.

Here’s to a year of moving better, performing stronger,
and doing the work that actually lasts.
