Waking up at 177 today is a win, but the real victory is in the habits I’m building. This week wasn’t about restriction; it was about prioritizing protein, hitting 80oz of hydration daily, and enjoying those trails.🥾

The GLP-1 is a tool, but these habits are the foundation. I’m eating for fuel and moving my body intentionally. EXCITED FOR THE WEEKS TO COME.
