To make it a little easier for parents, we are so proud to offer Keiki Yoga at simultaneous times as our other “adult” classes, so both you and your little one can get movement in!

Contrast therapy is launching this weekend in Kaka’ako with 30-minute sessions at 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30 and 11am🎉

First session is FREE! (one time only)

How it works:
This is a 30 minute session. Take a dip in the cold plunge which is chilled between 48-55 degrees, then sit in the infrared sauna heated to 120-150 degrees. Or start in the sauna, then take a dip in the cold plunge. We recommend 2 minutes in the cold plunge to start and 8 minutes in the sauna. Then repeat.
