Some of you know our long time client Tim. He just told me of his travels in China and Tibet and hiking 10 miles everyday in altitudes of 10k-17k feet. What amazing news! He came to the studio 20+ years ago with severe back pain. He had to take the freight elevator up to his office as he wasn’t able to walk the stairs. What a testimony to being disciplined and putting in the work. He is thriving not just surviving. Thank you Tim for sharing your story and I hope it will inspire others.🙏🏽
