SOUL DOG is now published — a book I wrote straight from the heart about the world of dog rescue. The highs. The lows. The heartbreak. The unbearable joy.

If I wasn’t living my life on the yoga mat, this is the life I would live. Covered in dog hair, driving to shelters, saying yes to the ones nobody else wants.

There’s something about rescue dogs that mirrors everything I believe about healing — that transformation is possible, that love rewires us, that showing up for another being is the deepest spiritual practice there is.

This book is for everyone who’s ever ugly-cried in a shelter parking lot. For the fosters who “failed” on purpose. For the ones who know that rescue isn’t just about saving dogs — it’s about them saving us.

Yin-Yang style non-heated flow. Expect low-to-the-ground cuteness and a balanced practice that hits all the spots.

**Restorative Yoga with Roo**
Non-heated, deeply relaxing, maximum cuddles. Roo specializes in emotional support savasana.

A note about Sunday’s class with Shorty: She’s a puppy in training, so there may be the occasional accident. Don’t worry—I’m a pro at discreet cleanup, and we’ll have puppy pads strategically placed around the room. It’s all part of the puppy yoga experience! 🐾💛
