📣BIG NEWS! 📣 We have a new update to share with our MTNTOP ‘ohana 💛

⭐A new company, Plunge Kailua, is taking over the previous MTNTOP Recovery space, equipment, and services.⭐

This transition means the cold plunges, saunas, and recovery experience you’ve enjoyed will continue — still right here in the same location!

📅 Plunge Kailua will open August 20, 2025
🕛 New Hours:
Mon - Wed: 5AM - 10AM and 4:30PM - 7PM
Thu: 5AM - 10AM and 5:30PM-6:30PM
Fri: 5AM - 10AM and 4:30PM - 7PM
Sat: 7AM - 9AM
Sun: Closed
Hours will be expanded in the coming weeks.
🔥Have unused sessions? You can now use them through December 31, 2025.
