💃 BARRE
Barre fitness is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines ballet, Pilates, and yoga to build strength, flexibility, and posture. Small, controlled, high-repetition movements using the barre (plus light weights, resistance bands, or exercise balls) sculpt your body, tone your muscles, and improve endurance—all while focusing on proper form and core engagement.
⚡ BIIT & RELEASE
Start with 30 minutes of Barre Intensity Interval Training (BIIT) to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles, then flow into 20 minutes of deep stretches to lengthen, recover, and restore flexibility. It’s the perfect balance of sweat and serenity.
🌿 BARRE & UNWIND
Awaken your body and refine your posture with 40 minutes of barre and core-focused movements, then transition into 20 minutes of restorative postures to release tension, restore calm, and leave you balanced, renewed, and centered.
