✨ MEET NAOMI ✨

Naomi Lee brings warmth, creativity, and heart to every hot yoga class at Bella Kai. A dedicated Hatha Yoga practitioner for 7 years, Naomi discovered yoga as a refuge from her busy life running her own business—finding healing for her body, calm for her mind, and a path to true balance.

Born and raised in Panama City, Florida, and calling Hawaii home for 30 years, Naomi is not only a yogi but also a creative soul. She’s our “in-house resident artist,” infusing her love for art into the studio and inspiring others through her vibrant energy.

In 2023, Naomi completed her 250hr Hot Yoga Teacher Certification with Evolation Yoga, and she’s passionate about guiding students toward healthier, stronger, and more mindful lives. Her motto, “health is wealth,” reflects her belief in the profound mental and physical healing that yoga offers.

When she’s not teaching or creating in the studio, Naomi enjoys traveling the world, drawing and painting, caring for her two fur babies, and designing beautiful spaces, including eye-catching store windows.

Gail is offering a 200 Hour Original Hot Yoga Teacher Training, an OHYA-approved program designed for students ready to deepen their practice and step into teaching with confidence and integrity.

The fifteenth posture in the traditional Hot Yoga 26 + 2 series — and far more powerful than it appears. This intentional transition is designed to reawaken the body after Wind Removing Pose and prepare the spine, lungs, and nervous system for the deeper floor work ahead.

In Hot Yoga, nothing is accidental — even the Sit Up is medicine. Performed with control and breath, it builds heat, circulation, and awareness while linking movement to mindfulness.

Our Story

We are a boutique hot yoga studio located on the windward side of the beautiful island of Oahu - committed to supporting our community. Bikram yoga is suitable for all levels from beginner practitioners to advanced. Comprised of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room, we offer both 60 minute and 90 minute classes, barre classes and other non heated yoga classes such as iRest Yoga Nidra, Restorative and Yin. Our barre class is a mix of ballet moves, pilates, circuit training and core work. No previous dance or fitness experience necessary! All barre classes are 60 minutes.
