Our pediatric dream team:
jen.long is certified in cranial adjusting, and trained by the and the International Chiropractic Association. She has extensive knowledge of pediatric developmental disorders, mental health conditions and developmental progressions.

is the current VP for the and is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She has completed training with the American Chiropractic Association Pediatrics Council and Motional Palpation Institute, as well as various courses related to lactation, airway health, acupuncture and pediatric movement.
dc has taken several pediatric adjusting courses and loves to work with older kiddos and student athletes. She also has extensive training in hormone health and nutrition.

Out of an abundance of caution for our most delicate patients, we ask that you reschedule your child’s appointment if they;

🧸currently have a fever (temp over 100.4)
🧸require fever reducers to be “fever free”
🧸have been vomiting or had diarrhea more than once within the past 24 hours
🧸have been diagnosed with a contagious virus/rash etc and are still within the window of transmission
🧸require antibiotics and have not taken them for at least 24 hours

Your kiddos CAN come to their appointment if they;
👍🏻have been fever free for 24 hours without use of fever reducers
👍🏻are beyond their window of transmission and fever free (each specific virus has it’s own window of time for transmission)

✨Remember that chiropractic adjustments can help to support immune function. Regular visits, along with well rounded nutrition and physical activity can help to prevent illness and speed up recovery when they do get sick. ✨

Mild colds with no fever, ear aches and infections, sinusitis and congestion respond really well to adjustments! Bring your kiddos in at this time to help expedite their recovery.

Other illnesses like chicken pox, RSV, hand foot and mouth disease, and influenza can be extra risky for our itty bitty patients. Please reschedule if you know that your kiddo has an illness such as this.

Somatic Breath Therapy is a conscious, intentional tool that assists the body in returning to an open, healthy breath. By noticing the movement of the belly, ribs, and chest as you inhale and exhale, you can start to slow down stress responses and live more fully in the present moment.

She loves horses and serving the community, exemplified in her work with the which provides equine therapy to those who need it most!
