Last week we met for a stroll through the trails of Oshtemo Township Park. The .bird.id app helped us identify 14 bird by their calls and songs! There were a few trees down after the recent storms, however our route was safe for travel.

This is an adult paced walk (steady stroll), and the trail is stroller and baby carrier friendly. Older siblings and partners are always welcome to join.

This week we held our first postpartum community walk of the year. The weather was warm and breezy, and the flowers were popping!

Shout out to the person sharing the trail who declared, “You’re raising the next generation of wonderful humans!” The early years of parenthood bring unique challenges, and words of support can truly go a long way.
