On Easter Sunday my father passed away. We've greatly appreciated all the love and support. We will be pausing services temporarily to allow time to grieve and begin healing ❤️

We have been utilizing the journal/curriculum Self Management: A Guide to Your Feelings, Motivations, and Positive Mental Health (The Change Companies) for groups and allowing the group to really settle into the topics and conversations before moving on to the next. I will be updating here weekly with the topic of discussion, to keep the conversation going in an effort to normalize and open these kinds of discussions and support 🥰
