Happy Monday!

The word of the year for me is

B A L A N C E

I strive to give my patients advice that promotes moderation and sustainability. It’s something I also continuously try and give myself grace for.

This year, I continue to work towards balance. Balance in my work life, balance in my productivity vs relaxing at home, balance in my workout schedule, balance in my diet… overall life balance 💚
