A summary what happens to your brain when you suffer a cardiac arrest without being given CPR:

0-4 minutes – brain damage is less likely to occur
4-6 minutes – possible brain damage
6-10 minutes – increase in the probability of brain damage
More than 10 minutes – brain damage may have occurred

Minutes count... Rescue crews simply can not get there fast enough in too many cases. Bystander CPR greatly increases the odds of survival of out of hospital cardiac arrest and quite frankly is the reason many live to walk out of the hospital. PM me to day to get ahold of this valuable knowledge, it could save a life some day!e
