❀It's Time for the 2021 Awareness Day Map! Send us your updates! ❀ Our map helps encourage families & legislators to approve national treatment access for our children. This simple visual presentation has helped us over the past 10 years.
Remember all you need to do is email us that you have sent in a request and the map is colored in! When approved by the state let us know and we change the color.
Why do this? Families share this map when meeting with politicians and doctors and pushes them to act. Here is a link to simple wording. Message us here or email us with questions pandasnetwork@gmail.com

Survivors are often taught that you’re either all the way IN or all the way OUT, with literally everything. If you grew up being taught that your feelings made you either an enemy or an ally with no space for unconditional love and acceptance, then you may struggle as an adult to use, “yes, and”, in your day to day dialogue. You need to know that setting boundaries doesn’t make you “bad”, that having a hard day doesn’t make you “ungrateful”, or “miserable”, and that putting your mental health first is not selfish.

All of these things and so many more can and should be combined with, “Yes... and.”

Allow yourself use the phrase, it’s validating.
