Helping Hands Wellness Center is here to keep student athletes ready for the season. We’re now offering sports physicals for just $35, and they’re completely free for all Kalamazoo Public School students.

Every child deserves the chance to participate safely in the activities they love, without cost being a barrier. Our team is here to make sure young athletes start the season strong, healthy, and supported.

Telehealth visits make it possible to connect with a coach even if transportation or scheduling is a challenge. Our coaches provide encouragement and simple, sustainable strategies that fit your life.

Helping Hands Wellness Center will be closed on Monday, October 13 in honor of Indigenous Peoples’ Day. We take this time to recognize and honor the history, culture, and contributions of Indigenous communities.

We will reopen on Wednesday, October 15 to continue serving Kalamazoo with free health and wellness resources.
