DBT gives teens practical, real life skills they can use in the moment. It helps them regulate emotions, manage stress, communicate more effectively, and build healthier relationships. It also strengthens mindfulness and decision making, helping teens slow down, stay grounded, and respond with confidence instead of reacting impulsively.

DBT goes beyond just talking, it equips teens with tools they can carry into everyday life. If your teen could benefit from stronger coping skills and support, learn more or get started today at kzoofamilycounseling.com

At our center, we take the time to really understand your child's unique story. Here's how we do it:

🟣 Early Life and Genetics: We look at the child's life before birth and their genetic background.
🟣 Developmental History: We study how the child has grown and developed over time.
🟣 Current Issues: We talk to the child about how they see their current problems.

We also check their mental health and how well they think and learn. By looking at their problems through the lens of children's mental health and trauma, we can understand them better. Knowing how trauma changes the body helps us create better ways to help your child.

Stay informed, stay empowered, and remember, we're here to support your child's journey to wellness. kzoofamilycounseling.com
