Being a teen girl can feel overwhelming—especially with the constant pressure to compare, fit in, and figure out who you are. Our Self-Esteem Group for Teen Girls (ages 14–17) is designed to provide a safe, supportive space where teens can feel understood, less alone, and more confident in themselves.

Through guided discussions and activities, participants will learn to challenge negative self-talk, build confidence, strengthen personal identity, and develop healthier ways to manage stress and relationships. Group therapy also allows teens to connect with peers who are going through similar experiences—something that can be incredibly validating and empowering .
