Front Desk Specialist & Assistant
You are the first impression and the organizational backbone.
Must have:
• Experience in medical spa, aesthetics, or medical office preferred
• Knowledge of cosmetic procedures & skincare services
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Comfort with scheduling, EMR, and daily clinic flow
• Confidence on social media (content, stories, client engagement)
• Willingness to grow with the practice and help shape the role

Licensed Aesthetician (medical experience required)
• Active Michigan esthetician license
• Strong knowledge of corrective skincare, peels, microneedling, and lasers
• Ability to perform thorough skin analysis and create treatment plans
• Comfortable educating clients and recommending products/procedures
• Social media presence and content creation required
• Motivated to help build and grow within a new facility

Registered Nurse Injector
• Unrestricted Michigan RN license
• Injection training completed (experience preferred)
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and patient consultation
• Professional, ethical, and growth-minded
• Comfortable being on camera and promoting services
• 90-day training/mentorship period required
• Candidates newer to aesthetics may be considered with strong commitment
