Raking leaves might look simple, but your back and shoulders know it’s a real workout. Do it the right way with these quick tips:

✅ Warm up first — stretch your back, shoulders, and legs before you head outside.
✅ Use good posture — keep your back straight and bend with your knees, not your waist.
✅ Switch sides — alternate hands and sides often to avoid overworking one set of muscles.

🚨 The Salem Peanut Trial: How Experts Created an Epidemic 🚨

This is one of the biggest medical disasters of modern times and hardly anyone talks about it.

In 2000, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) told parents to keep peanuts away from infants, claiming it would prevent allergies. Parents trusted the “experts.” Doctors repeated the mantra. Schools banned peanuts. Pharma cashed in on $600 EpiPens.

The result? The exact opposite happened.
👉 Peanut allergies skyrocketed.
👉 ER visits for life-threatening reactions exploded.
👉 An entire generation of children grew up in fear.

The tragedy is that science already knew better. Doctors who introduced peanuts early—just like African families feeding babies peanut soup or Bamba snacks, saw almost no peanut allergies. Later studies proved it: early exposure reduces peanut allergies by over 86%.

This wasn’t just a mistake. It was groupthink.
It was dogma disguised as science.
It was experts refusing to say three honest words: “We don’t know.”

Millions of children were harmed. Families were left terrified, all because of a bad guideline that never had solid evidence to begin with.

💔 When I was a kid, I don’t remember children worrying about having a heart attack.

Now, Baptist Health is publishing infographics warning parents about “Heart Symptoms in Kids.” (Source: Baptist Health Jacksonville – Juice Health)

That should stop us in our tracks. Why are we normalizing this? Why are we accepting a world where our children are told to “watch out for heart problems”?

Our kids deserve better. They deserve health, freedom, and a future where childhood means play, laughter, and innocence — not doctor visits and heart scares.

And the medical profession wonders why more and more people are turning to other healthcare professionals who will work with them, not against them.

This isn’t conspiracy—it’s straight out of the textbook Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN Examination (8th Edition, p. 553). It openly instructs nurses that if there’s suspicion parents won’t bring their child back, multiple vaccines can be given simultaneously.

People don’t want to be bullied, silenced, or treated like they don’t have a say in their own health decisions. They want partners in their health journey—providers who listen, respect their choices, and empower them with information instead of coercion.

That’s why families are seeking out chiropractors, naturopaths, functional medicine doctors, and other professionals who understand that true health care is about collaboration, not control.

Look at this image. This is the seat of your life—the brain and spinal cord. Every single thought, movement, breath, and heartbeat begins here. From your brain, messages flow through the spinal cord and out through the delicate nerve roots to every cell, tissue, and organ in your body.

BJ Palmer, the developer of chiropractic, taught us that the power that made the body, heals the body, as long as there is no interference. Fred Barge echoed this truth, reminding us that when communication between brain and body is interrupted, life expression is diminished.

That’s why chiropractors are not just “back doctors.” We are nerve system doctors.
The spine is the armor that protects this sacred communication highway. But when the spine shifts out of alignment, it can choke off that communication, like stepping on a garden hose. The result? Interference. Loss of function. Less life fully expressed.
