This video is 5 years old and I’ve shared it before. But it has some good information on fascia and myofascial release. We’ve learned even more about fascia in the 5 years since this was created. Not all chronic pain issues can be fixed by myofascial release, so take the story at the end with a grain of salt. But myofascial release is an amazing and helpful modality.
