Dr. David Crocker, MD grew up in Kingsport, Tennessee, and attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, graduating magna cm laude. He earned his MD from the University of South Florida College of Medicine, and served a four-year diagnostic radiology residency and a fellowship in interventional radiology there. Dr. Dave has treated thousands of patients, over his 15+ year career in radiology.
Annette Crocker, RN, grew up in Kalamazoo, MI, and was trained at West Virginia University, with a specialty in critical care nursing. She has served patients of all ages for more than 20 years at hospitals and medical centers in Florida, Michigan, New Mexico, Hawaii, West Virginia, Washington, and Virginia. Most recently, she was the Abdominal Transplant Nurse Coordinator at the University of Virginia Medical Center
In 2009, Dr. Dave and Annette founded Michigan Holistic Health and have since treated over 50,000 patients through medical cannabis. With research and development, they began utilizing cannabinoid rich h**p extracts and CBD isolates in their practice and saw great success in relieving several patients conditions and various ailments. Since then, Dr. Dave and Annette have gone on to formulate and craft his own brand, Solutions By Dr. Dave, and in 2016 founded, what is now, Premier H**p Company in Kalamazoo, MI. Just two years later they opened a second location in Nashville, TN, with the help of their son and partner Nathan Kirtner.
Today they continue to set a standard of professionalism within the industry, by providing a educational experience for their customers, their families and pets alike.
