Sometimes prevention looks like an HIV/STI test.

Other times, it looks like a call, a drive across counties, or just knowing that you aren't alone when it comes to your sexual health.

This year, several people learned they were living with HIV through our testing program, and everyone was connected to care, many within just 30 days.

Our Prevention team keeps us in motion, making sure all of our clients feel seen, cared for & loved.

Our case managers are the hands that hold it all together.💙

From rides to appointments to check-ins, they’re the ones keeping care human and making sure folks living with HIV never feel alone.

That compassion has been with us from the start. Forty years ago, eight volunteers came together because people were dying without support, and stigma was spreading faster than the truth.

Today, we carry that legacy forward by giving people living with HIV a voice, creating accessible care where they feel seen, and expanding support across our community.

This year, our case managers helped 536 clients across 10 counties stay connected to care and provided 309 rides to keep health within reach.
