Gigi Yoga Mission Statement. Yoga is a practice that all ages are welcome, In my classes we will learn through breathing techniques, asana practices, and meditation, which is unleashes the mind where the body, mind, and soul, spirit reconnects in unity. There is no judgment! In Yoga we learn to be in the HERE and NOW. Those who practice yoga few times a week their emotional and physical body will find stillness and physical body will able support

I invite to start the new journey in your life with the practice of yoga. I ensure your life will be filled with joy, happiness, calm mind with inner peace, balance, and harmony.
