Sita Wellness gave Kalamazoo County caregivers of family members suffering with dementia, Alzheimer's, closed-head injuries or other debilitating ailments easy ways to move and breathe to keep the care provider strong as they give to their family members. The Care Giver Day was presented by the Kalamazoo County's Area Agency on Aging and the Zhang Senior Center in Portage, MI.
