OptiMed Health Partners is an independently owned and operated national specialty pharmacy headquartered in Kalamazoo, Michigan. With almost 25 years of experience, we are devoted to providing unique and individualized patient care with a commitment to prioritizing quality, minimizing costs, and maximizing convenience. Since our formation in 1993, we have rapidly expanded to include a new national headquarters facility and multiple distribution sites that offer delivery to all 50 states. We offer home infusion and in-center infusion options nationwide as well.

We are uniquely qualified to handle high-cost or high-risk medications that treat complex medical conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, immunodeficiency, hepatitis C, certain cancers, and more. Dually accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC), we maintain a dynamic quality assurance and performance improvement program to ensure the care we provide is timely, appropriate, consistent, and reliable. We’re committed to making patients’ health and treatment a priority while at the same time building unified, value-based partnerships.

Our staff investigates your prescription and healthcare insurance benefits so there are no surprises when it comes to treatment costs.

These medications treat complex chronic diseases and require specialized handling and administration as part of their distribution process. We are dual-accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) to handle high-cost or high-risk medications that treat complex medical conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, immunodeficiency, hepatitis C and more. We are here as a resource – not just a supplier of your medication – and offer a variety of benefits to patients, including:

FREE Delivery of All Medications & Supplies / We offer some of the newest, most advanced medications on the market used to treat complex medical conditions. We provide free delivery of all medications and necessary supplies, as needed. With all specialty prescriptions, we include comprehensive educational materials to ensure the most benefit from treatment.

Proactive REFILLS & Renewals / In other words, you don’t have to call us; we call you! A member of our team will give you a reminder call about one week prior to the next needed refill date. The refill order can be placed at this time, or you may also call 877.232.2857 or 877.385.0535 to place an order or check the status of a prescription. If requesting a refill, please give 48 hours advanced notice to allow for delivery.
