Dear Yoga Yurt Family,

I’ve gone back and forth on when and how to share, but frankly there is never a perfect time to share bummer news.

So here it goes…deep breath.

Due to my youngest son’s health condition (life altering, not life threatening), I'm no longer able to run my business as it needs, or in a way that I feel good about.

The stress of leaving my son when ill or canceling classes sometimes multiple times a month is something I can't do another year of.

Parts of me are heartbroken; I love my studio and teaching brings me so much joy and purpose. I will never be able to adequately put into words how much the people that have walked in our door mean to me. Many true friendships have been forged in the round walls of the yurt.

I know what the yurt provides for the community is special, but my family needs me more. I know this is the right choice for us…for me.

With that being said, the Yoga Yurt as we know it will close end of May 2023. You have until then to use all your passes. I sincerely hope everyone can! Remember, anyone can accompany you and use one of your passes.

In closing this chapter, I’m hopeful this will be see you later, not goodbye.
