WARM UP those leg, arm, back muscles before your FIRST game! Keep the risk of soreness and injury down - AND IMPROVE your game!

A lot of Pickleball is muscle memory. Warm up with some stretching, lifting weights or even r your Pickleball bag or water bottle. Doesn't have to be heavy weight!

Warmed up muscles respond better THEN do some dinking, 3rd shot drops and serves to get your head in the game!!

Guess what? Our bodies do not make Omega 3's. We have to eat foods high in these fats like salmon.
