💫Here’s something I’ve observed: as humans, it often takes hearing the same information about seven times before it finally lands—before we cross over and get it.
If you’re a parent, you’ll definitely see this in your children.
💰So — don’t take yourself too seriously.
Keep showing up. Keep doing the work.
And if you’re in a place where you know something about you needs to change — keep seeking, keep looking, keep doing.
Because one day, all of a sudden, you’re going to go, “Oh.”
And you’re going to lock in like a mo********er.
⭐️You’ll keep going.
You’ll keep elevating yourself.
Stay committed. Sure, get inspired — but get committed.
🌎We all know: it’s about consistency and adherence.
It’s about not taking yourself too seriously.
It’s about getting over yourself.
😳If you’re scared to walk into the gym — put your earbuds in and walk in anyway.
As a coach, I tell my clients: “Put your earbuds in. Call me. I’ll stay on the phone with you. Let’s do your workout together.”
💪🏻They put their phone down — we’re on FaceTime or just connected by audio.
💪🏻I stay with them the entire time, through the workout, making sure they are safe, set, and supported.
⚡️And it gets better.
The next thing you know, they’re like, “I got this. I’m good to go.”
👍Some people have never walked into a gym and worked out before.
But they want it — and that is awesome.
🤛🏻Of course, you want it.
You want to look good and feel good — and God gave you that desire.
🙏🏻God wants us to look and feel our best because when we do, we are showing respect for this incredible human body He’s given us to care for and love.
💰So respect yourself today —
Choose to be committed.
👉 If this hits home for you, DM me.
I’ll walk with you, I’ll coach you, I’ll help you get through the hard parts — you don’t have to do it alone.
Let’s go. You’re ready.
