❤ Accountability post ❤ -- I went on a super short vacation during the middle of March and that's all it took to totally wipe out the workout routine I had maintained for several months prior to February. Today was only my 5th workout since then BUT the start of me getting back on track. I'm hoping that this post will hold me accountable because I'll share my progress at the end of each month. 💪

You guys...this week marks TWENTY YEARS of being a licensed massage therapist! Just wanted to say thank you to all my amazing clients.
