Here's how weightloss drugs work 👇🏼

Semaglutide works by mimicking a natural hormone in your body called GLP-1, which helps regulate your appetite and blood sugar levels.

It slows down how fast your stomach empties, making you feel fuller for longer after eating.

This leads to reduced hunger and helps with portion control.

Now before you come at me with all the negative comments saying it's cheating, people need more discipline, or it's the government's way of poisoning you...

Anytime someone makes a step towards bettering their health, I applaud them.

Even if it’s a route that I don’t agree with, such as:
- weightloss drugs
- MLM supplements scams
- drastic calorie diets like Optavia
- fad diets like carnivore or vegan
- detoxes, resets, and cleanses
- endless cardio

Yes, people need to be intentional about what they put in their mouth.

Yes, people need to exercise more and increase calorie expenditure.

Yes, our healthcare system is likely rigged to keep you spending money with them.

But it's a good thing you have full control over what you put in your mouth, how you spend your money, and what you do with your time.

So if using weightloss drugs is what you need to do to get started with your weightloss goal, I'm here in your corner supporting you.

Balut is a fertilized duck egg embryo (yes, a baby duckl that is boiled or steamed and eaten from the shell.

It is a national dish in the Philippines, my home country.

The length of incubation before cooking is a matter of local preference, but generally ranges around 14 and 21 days.

I've never tried it, but I've smelled it 🤢 and I've watched my family members eat it. 🤮

According to some, a 14-day-old balut has a soft, jelly-like texture and a mild, chicken-like flavor.

A 21-day-old balut has a harder, more rubbery texture and a stronger, more duck-like flavor.

Some people describe the taste of balut as being similar to chicken or duck, while others say it has a more gamey flavor.

I don't think I could stomach it...

This reel is obviously a joke though as I'm Asian and have a cat called Ming-Ming...

But there are definitely other animal delicacies out there that I think are disgusting and would never try.

This class is included with Holistify Wellness Small Group Training program, and open to Armory members and the public.

What we'll cover:

- stretching and mobility strength training recovery
- Pso-Rite massage techniques for tight joints
- pelvic floor & breathework
- proper deep core engagement

Bring a yoga mat and join Coach Shaira and her clients for a laid back early morning hour, to compliment your training routine, once a week.
