Holistify is starting a Pilates-inspired mobility class at Armory Athletic Club, 6am Wednesday mornings, with Coach Shaira

This class is included with Holistify Wellness Small Group Training program, and open to Armory members and the public.

What we'll cover:

- stretching and mobility strength training recovery
- Pso-Rite massage techniques for tight joints
- pelvic floor & breathework
- proper deep core engagement

Bring a yoga mat and join Coach Shaira and her clients for a laid back early morning hour, to compliment your training routine, once a week.

Public and Armory Member drop-in: $20/session or $60/month.

I've put this together in a way that is toddler/meal prep/budget friendly, aligns with my dietary habits (animal based, sourdough inclusive) and still meets my specific training goals.

Everything ensures that I don't spend a lot of time in the kitchen, because for my daily lifestyle, each hour of my day is accounted for.

Included is a chart of best meal combo options and combos to avoid.

If your goal is weightloss, why wouldn't this work for you?

Because unless you train like I do, this plan is highly unlikely to work for you at the same rate it does for me. Also our levels of discipline will be very different.
