I know what pain that is felt deep in the heart is like. I've experienced it.
I know what it's like to feel insignificant, and worthless; helpless and a victim.

I switched my mindset and started seeing myself as the hero of my story - what is this season teaching me? How am I going to grow? What is my character arc?

Everything that has happened the last 5 years has helped me overcome and grow past my limiting thoughts...

And focusing on improving my health has drastically improved my mental health & depression.

Finding a supportive community of friends and coaches who wholeheartedly want to see me grow and succeed has done wonders for my self confidence & self esteem.

Fully embracing God's grace has helped me heal my wounds and forgive myself of past mistakes.

Herbalife Detoxes or Plexus 3 Day Resets, or Optavia 5 & 1 or Nutrisystem 7 in 7, or any other "Wellness Company" that uses drastic caloric deficits for ANY amount of time is not a good tool for weightloss.

Drastic deficits overtime without proper habit coaching & lifestyle change leads to:

❌ Nutrient Deficiency: Your body needs a variety of nutrients to function properly. Eating too little can leave you short on essentials like vitamins, minerals, and proteins.

❌ Hormonal Imbalance: Severely restricting calories can throw your hormones out of whack. This can affect everything from your energy levels to your menstrual cycle and even your stress response.

If you can scroll Facebook, play games, browse the web, get caught up in Instagram or TikTok or watch Netflix, you can be mindful about your fuel intake and build awareness around your eating habits, you can also set aside time to prep proteins and set yourself up for success for the week.

You know you also have time for other activities such as workouts, hiking, reading, working, intentional rest, etc.

We know that everyone is different, but sometimes you just need that little nudge of accountability or an outside perspective to help you reframe obstacles.

But remember, only you can put in the work and make the changes to improve your health.
