Dr. Gina Nelson, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Kalispell, Montana We are Solo Practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology providing evidence based care at Kalispell Regional Medical Center since 1994.

We provide routine and high risk Obstetric care, and Gyn care including robotic minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Gina Nelson is a Board Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist and Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Our office has been providing evidence based care in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1994 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center. Ob care includes routine prenatal care as well as high risk care for those with intercurrent medical illnesses, prior complications, and history of prior Cesarean sections. We also provide all aspects of outpatient Gynecologic care as well as Gyn surgery including robotic and minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, pelvic reconstructive surgery and surgery for urinary incontinence. Dr. Nelson is Board Certified Specialist, but also enjoys performing well woman or annual exams for her patients. She has a strong emphasis on holistic care, including mental health, fitness and nutrition.

I love arena concerts. I went to quite a few growing up. Many things changed and I haven’t been to one in a long time. But in a couple weeks I am going to my 40th college reunion with one of my sons .s.nelson. We will also get to see one of our favorite artists. What”s in my concert bag? Black mesh sequined shirt so I don’t get hot, a coordinating black N95 mask with black sequined topper, some new for hearing protection and two fresh vaccines. Today I got for and , one in each arm. We have a new little tradition in my house; whenever we get a vaccine, we do a workout called arms. We feel it drives out the soreness. Give it a try!

My patients have been and they have been . I have been thin shamed. I have even been shamed. There is a difference between not coming to terms with aging and correcting what is correctable. In my life and in my medical practice, I try to correct what is correctable.

There is also considerable ambiguity when it comes to defining normal aging.
