SLIDING FEE SCALE CLINIC FOR NATURAL PHYSICAL MEDICINE
80% of residents of Montana are considered low income (less than 200% of poverty guidelines based on household size) This means you have an 80% chance of receiving some level of discounted fees. Our goal is help people regardless of ability to pay. We ASK for $50 (if at all possible) for the first visit because it is NOT FREE to us to operate a clinic and we do NOT receive any government funding. If this is not possible we understand. Please bring proof of income to this visit so we can determine your level of discount for which you may qualify. NOW ACCEPTING Medicare, Medicaid (medicaid covers chiropractic care only children up to their 18th birthday and only with a referral from your child's primary care provider or as a secondary to Medicare) , Montana Health Coop, and Healthy Montana Kids
