I still lift! I have been focusing on leaning out since mid-September. That means my strength has taken a little bit of a hit, My deadlift has taken the biggest hit and that isn’t my favorite. But, I have recently (the last two days) decided I am okay with that for right now. I want to see if I can get down to 180 and stil triple it. 8lbs to go.
Squat: 305x1 8
Press: 102x4x6 ez
Bench: 180x3 @ rpe 9
