January is a weird month in the Health Insurance world! Some insurance companies reset their benefits, like Medicare and Medicaid. Others reset their deductibles: mostly private health insurance..in other words: your ‘out of pockets’ cost starts all over..

Lastly, some insurance companies change their co-pays per visit. Generally they increase on January 1st.

Make sure you don’t run into any surprises when you start Physical Therapy. We can verify your benefits before you start!! Call 406-257-0933 or swing by the clinic.

We had a the pleasure to visit the only FREE indoor skate park in the nation called: “Serious JuJu”.

The wonderful people of this non profit teach kids and adults to skate board, offer all of them a meal and teach them life lessons like: Have respect for each other, focus on the positive things in life and share the not so fun moments, etc.
