This month, we lifted more than weights—we lifted each other up.
We came together for a cause bigger than ourselves, and that’s the kind of strength you can’t measure in pounds or in reps.
It’s measured in commitment. In compassion. In refusing to let the number 22 stay the same.

This number brought us together, but the mission keeps us moving. And we’re not done.

To My People—

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I have tears in my eyes as I write this.

Being voted #1 Best Personal Trainer in the Flathead Valley is not just an award. It’s a reminder that even on my hard days—when I can’t always see it—I have your support. I hear your cheers. I feel your love. You’re still here with me. Thank you for believing in me, even on the days I struggle to believe in myself.

That means everything. More than I can ever express.

You didn’t have to take the time to vote—to set aside what you were doing and go above and beyond for me. You didn’t have to choose me. But you did. And because of that, I don’t just feel seen—I feel honored. Like the work I pour my heart into every single day truly matters.

This isn’t just a job. It’s my life. I wake up every single day to work on myself so I can better show up for you. I train every day—not for aesthetics, but for strength, stability, and consistency. I lead with energy, presence, and purpose because I believe the standard we hold for ourselves says everything about the person we are—and the person we want to become.

And when you train with me, it’s never just about the workout. It’s a connection. A relationship. It’s trust. It’s me showing up on your good days—and especially on your hard ones—without wavering, without disappearing. Then watching you carry that same energy back into your life, into your family, into your community. That’s what this is all about.
