Midwifery and Family Healthcare in Kalispell, Montana. We are staffed with Midwives and Family Nurse Practitioners to provide care for your whole family.

Kendra is a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) and a lifelong Montana resident. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Carroll College in Helena, MT, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, KY. Kendra brings a diverse nursing background, with experience in labor and delivery, postpartum care, the newborn nursery, and pediatric inpatient psychiatric care.

She is excited to join the Heart and Hands team and to make the move to the Flathead area. Kendra has a strong passion for supporting expecting parents as they work toward their childbirth goals and for promoting health and wellness across the lifespan.

Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, tending to her extensive houseplant collection, and relaxing on the couch with her golden retriever.

Heather celebrated her first day with us yesterday, and we’re so grateful to have her compassion, skill, and presence in our practice.

She will begin seeing patients starting January 20th, and we know our community is going to love her as much as we already do. 🤍

Heather is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) and Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She recently moved to Montana from Saipan, a U.S. commonwealth in the Western Pacific, where she spent the past nine years working in a pediatric outpatient clinic. Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Minnesota.
She is excited to join the Heart & Hands team and serve her new community. Her passion lies in primary care pediatrics, where she values the opportunity to build long-term relationships with families and support children through illness, wellness, and their many stages of development. She also finds great fulfillment in helping mothers and babies navigate breastfeeding challenges, combining her expertise in both pediatrics and lactation support.

Outside of work, Heather stays busy with her three young children. In her free time, she enjoys running, road biking, triathlon, and exploring the outdoors. She looks forward to many new adventures in the Flathead Valley with her family.

We’re excited to expand our Ketamine offerings and introduce monthly Group Ketamine Experiences — a chance to heal, grow, and journey together in community.

Group Session: $325
Includes:
• Individual prep w/ Heather
• Group preparation
• Medicine session
• Group + individual integration

Facilitated by Honey & Heather in a safe, supported space for up to 8 participants.

Requirements:
• Completed at least one ketamine session at H&H
• Medical clearance within the last year
• Reliable ride to/from session
• Commitment to prep + integration
