15 years of hands-on experience + a pre-med brain = your new secret weapon. 🧠✨
It’s time for a proper re-introduction! If you’ve been following my journey, you know I live for the gym—but my real obsession is making sure your body actually works for you, not against you.

I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 15 years, and my love for fitness has been right there alongside it.

But my approach isn’t just “stretch and go.” With a background in pre-med, I look at the body a little differently.

My gift? Reading the body. 📖🔍

Whether it’s a nagging rotator cuff issue or chronic neck tension that won’t quit, I see the patterns others miss. As a LMT, CPT, and Nutritionist, I’ve spent over a decade merging science with movement to help people break the cycle of chronic pain.

Here’s my “unpopular” opinion: I don’t want you to be dependent on me.

I firmly believe that a true healer is a teacher.

My mission is to give you the actual tools, the mobility, and the fuel so YOU are the one in the driver’s seat. I want you enabled, educated, and feeling like a total powerhouse. 🕊️💪
