⚖️ At our Westminster clinic, we recently had the opportunity to host a tour supported by APTQI with Congressman Evans’ field representative, Eliseo.



During the visit, our team shared a firsthand look at clinic operations and patient care while engaging in meaningful discussion around key legislative issues impacting physical therapy and patient access, most notably the SAFE Act (Stopping Addiction and Falls for the Elderly).



The SAFE Act focuses on improving access to physical therapy services for older adults to help prevent falls, reduce reliance on opioids, and support safer, more independent aging. Conversations also touched on Medicare and Medicaid considerations, authorization barriers, delays in care, and broader challenges facing the physical therapy profession.



We appreciate the opportunity to contribute to these important conversations and to advocate for policies that support both our patients and our profession and thanks to for hosting!
