We also offer classes on the effects of sugar on your health, cooking classes, financial peace classes, essential oil classes and other health and wellness classes at various times of the month and year. We are also have a metabolic balance coach on staff to assist you with gaining control of your health by changing how your metabolism works. We welcome you to our facility and hope we can assist you in some way on your journey to a greater you!
