🇺🇸 Look for side dishes that include veggies.
🇺🇸 Look for a veggie tray.
🇺🇸Bring a healthy side dish to share.
🇺🇸Avoid heavy starches, breads, & sugars.
🇱🇷 Beware of hidden calories and sugars in condiments,dressings and sauces.
🇺🇸Stop. Challenge. Choose.
🇺🇸Sit down and eat slowly. Avoid grazing.
🇺🇸Put your fork down between bites.
🇺🇸Drink water before your meal.
🇺🇸Stay away from empty calories like alcohol.
🇺🇸Make a skinny mock-tail.
🇺🇸Bring your own drink like water, protein shake, coffee, 0 cal electrolytes, 0 cal lemonade.
🇱🇷 Rest. Being too busy can push cortisol, cravings & hunger to an all time high.
🇺🇸Plan to play a game, cards, co****le, bocce ball at the event. Keep distracted from food.
🇺🇸 Become the party photographer. Take lots of pictures and keep your mind off the food. Your host will appreciate you.
