Here is a general guideline for a nutrient based method to protect against and minimize the effects of viral infections:
1.Vitamin C: 3,000 milligrams (or more) daily, in divided doses
2. Vitamin D3: 2,000 International Units daily. (Start with 5,000 IU/day for two weeks, then reduce to 2,000 IU
3. Magnesium: 400 mg daily (in citrate, malate, chelate, or chloride form
4. Zinc: 20 mg daily
5. Selenium: 100 mcg (micrograms) daily
There are many other things we can do to protect ourselves beyond these basic interventions. Taking proactive steps is one of the best things we can do for ourselves and each other.

The op**te epidemic was created in part by the FDA's lack of oversight and it's cozy relationship with Big Pharma. It's about time they got behind acupuncture! Acupuncture is not only highly effective at treating the root cause of pain but offers many additional health benifits, whereas pain pills do not address the real cause of pain, damage our health, and often lead to dependency or addiction. It's time to promote, rather than suppress, the vital role acupuncture plays in modern health care.

In the age of information those who determine what information we have access to control the both the discussion and the narrative. DuckDuckGo is a good search engine; it is not controlled my corporate interests like Google is and doesn't sell your info for profit.

There are good reasons to be concerned that we are losing access to information with which to evaluate opposing sides of health issues. Google’s search engine algorithm has essentially ended traffic to many websites that question the medical orthodoxy.
