📢 Important Policy Update – Effective July 1st 📢

Dear Patients,

We are updating our appointment policy to better serve all of our patients.

Effective July 1st, our “No Show” fee policy will be expanded to include late cancellations.

🔹 A fee will be charged for:

Missed appointments (“No Shows”)

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice

We understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to be understanding in such cases. This policy is intended to reduce missed appointments and allow us to better accommodate all patients needing care.
