Almost 1 million gallbladders are removed from Americans annually. I've suggested in the past that means about 1 million new Americans every year are on a solid path of vitamins K, A, D, and E deficiencies.

These people without a gallbladder also don't break down and absorb ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS.

If you have had your gallbladder removed, remember: that actually was an important body part, and, you should probably take bile salt supplements (yes, even, if your Medical providers never brought it up).
