Velma Elaine Parkes was born April 17,1943 and passed July 26,2022 .
We are putting her to rest at Kanab City Cemetery. 26 North 100 East Kanab, Utah on June 22nd at 1:00pm if you would like to say your goodbyes.

Please share with family and friends who knew Elaine.
I don't have everyone's contact information.
