It has been my dream for many years to own and operate my own Massage Therapy Practice. Massage has played a key role in my life for 25+ years and it's now time to give back. Massage helps us to slow down, relax and refresh and is key to optimal living. As a Certified Massage Therapist I look forward to helping you on your journey to a "Whole Life." I offer Seated Chair masaage, 1/2 hour, 1 hour

and 1 1/2 hr massages. Hot stones are also available. All of my massages include complimentary hot towels.
