Approximately 26% of the people on our planet are of reproductive age -- that is, menstruators, or people who have periods.

One of the goals of the Mahina + Me Retreat is to help menstruators and their supporters to access accurate, timely information about the menstrual cycle, self-care, and hygiene practices in a positive, safe, and supportive environment.
Doors for our Mahina + Me Retreat are finally open!

We welcome pre-menstruators, menstruators and their supporters of all ages to attend and be a part of our community. We especially encourage families, friends, and allies to attend together to create their own monthly rituals and ceremonies to celebrate your menstrual cycles.

Anastasha is a holistic counselor, practitioner, and facilitator that bridges cross-cultural and contemporary healing modalities for individual and community wellbeing. Her work touches the lifespan from Keiki to Kupuna and enjoys co-creating compassionate transformational experiences of the mind, body, and spirit. From storytelling, youth programming development, or personal one-to-one containers; she believes weaving a legacy of aloha is possible when we honor the divinity in humanity and within all our relations.

For her offering on Saturday, July 30th, she will be facilitating a session called Resourcing the Sources of Connection. An explorative container through the three piko's (energy) centers of our bodies outilizing guided imagery and art in hopes to rebalance our relationship between ourselves, nature, and humanity.
