Recapping Home Health Honolulu and Kaua'i Ohana Week last week! We celebrated the heart of our team through superhero dress-up days, repping our new One Ohana shirts, sports day fun, and coming together as one ohana. Each day was a gentle reminder of the culture we continue to build together within Ohana Pacific Health.

We are grateful for our hardworking and dedicated staff who bring compassion and care to our community. From teamwork to good food that kept everyone fueled and appreciated, mahalo to our team for all that you do!

“I’ve always been drawn to medicine and fitness, which led me to rehab and eventually home health. After years in outpatient therapy, I found home health to be more fulfilling. Helping people feel better and live with less pain is what drives me.”

🌟 Favorite part: Building meaningful trust with patients and supporting them through some of their most difficult moments. It’s truly an honor!

💪🏼 Advice: Move more! Whether it’s walking, biking, swimming, or simple movement at home, consistency is key. Movement really is medicine and one of the best ways to stay healthy and active at any age.

💪 Simple, safe exercises can help you stay strong, steady, and independent longer.

✅ Build strength: Chair squats, leg lifts, and wall push-ups support everyday movements.
✅ Improve balance: Heel-to-toe walks, toe stands, or marching in place help prevent falls.
✅ Stay flexible: Gentle stretches ease stiffness and keep joints moving.
✅ Boost endurance: Walking, seated marches, or biking support heart and lung health.

🐌 🏁 Start slow, use support, and check with your doctor or Physical Therapist for guidance. It’s never too late to build strength and confidence at home. ♥️

We were honored to celebrate our incredible employees across Maui, Hawaiʻi Island, Kauaʻi, and Oʻahu at our annual Christmas parties! From delicious food and dancing to games, contests, and amazing prizes, each celebration was filled with laughter, gratitude, and plenty of holiday cheer.
