My classes are grounded in precise instruction and smart sequencing to give you the most optimal experience on your mat. I began my studio in beautiful southern Illinois in 2008 and now am happy to call Hawaii our home.

Our Story

Yellow Lotus Yoga originally opened its doors in 2009 in Carbondale, Illinois. In 2019. I moved my business to Hauula, Oahu. I offer private in-home, small groups or online yoga lessons.
